1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Suankularb Astronomy Club website and shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. About Our Organization

Suankularb Astronomy Club is a student club at Suankularb Wittayalai School, Bangkok, Thailand. Our shop sells astronomy-related merchandise and club merchandise to support our activities and educational programs. All purchases directly support the club's operations.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer to our designated account only.
  • Orders are processed after payment verification through uploaded payment slip.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 48 hours.
  • All sales are final. No refunds except for damaged or incorrect items.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Thailand only.
  • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses.

5. Product Information

We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging for return consideration.
  • We will replace damaged items or issue store credit at our discretion.
  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

7. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our website for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Submit false or misleading information during checkout
  • Interfere with other users' access to our services
  • Upload malicious content or viruses

8. Source Code Ownership

All content uploaded or created by club members and users (text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, order data, etc.) is the property of Suankularb Astronomy Club.

However, the source code, design files, scripts, structure, and master version of the website are the sole and exclusive property of the Developer, Apiwish Anutaravanichkul.

The club is granted only a free, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the website. No person may copy, modify, alter, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the source code without the Developer’s explicit written permission. Any unauthorized action is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Suankularb Astronomy Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
